The engraver's keyline artwork [detail] of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip shown in this large Miniature Sheet format is the design for the Australian 2s 3d stamp released in 1963 celebrating their second Royal Visit. Of philatelic note, the regular-issue of the stamp that is shown, was released in a joined Se-tenant strip 3 with two other stamps so the 'Individual Block 4' is unique.
