These two exclusive 'Imperforate and Perforated' Reprints of the 37c Postal Services from the 1988 Living Together series were released in the 2007 Prestige booklet titled, 'Behind the Stamp', compiled and edited by the renowned philatelist, Richard Breckon.

The objective of the booklet was to highlight milestone precedents and marketing trends in the postal service as they evolved through time. In celebration and recognition of Australia's 1988 Bicentennial, two new precedents were set with the release of the Living Together series in that year: comprising 27 stamps, an 'equal number' of Australian cartoonists were invited to contribute the designs, which then became the 'largest Definitive issue' released since the 1913 Kangaroo and Map series of 15 stamps.

Each artist was appointed an aspect of Australia's contemporary lifestyle, be it work to recreation, and given allowance for their stamp design to reflect and portray the subject in down-to-earth, typical Aussie fashion and amusement. Not surprisingly, for the Prestige booklet edition, the 37c Postal Services stamp was selected to represent the 26 other stamps in the set.

Of added philatelic significance, the stamps are Micro-print dated, 2007, with the Perforated stamp being gauge 14 x 14 1/2 in contrast to Perf 14 for the original issue stamp.
