2008 Up, Up and Away - Ballooning - unique Se-tenant Block 4 set in Mini Sheet format

In conjunction with the 2008 Up, Up and Away, Ballooning issue, this exclusive 'Se-Tenant Block 4' of the set in Miniature Sheet format was also released. The regular-issue stamps were released in a joined 'Se-tenant Strip 4' so the Se-tenant Block is unique, and, a regular mini sheet was not issued for this issue.
