1966 Decimal Birds + 1964 Counterparts - Imperforate and very scarce

The 1970 Queen Elizabeth's Second Royal Tour set of 2 stamps was 'Reprinted' as an "Alternating Se-tenant Block 4" in Miniature Sheet format as part of a 2006 limited edition booklet and, as such, has neat staple indents at the left side (not shown, see second image). Of further philatelic significance, the stamps are Perforated 14 1/2 x 14 versus the original issue being Perf 13 1/2. The booklet also included a limited edition 50c coin, not issued into general circulation, so there is a circular hole, also not shown, to the left of the block to accommodate the coin (see second image).
