1981 Queen Elizabeth Birthday - Mini Sheet format - Special Edition

The 1981 QE11 Birthday stamp was 'Reprinted' as a 'Block 4 in Miniature Sheet' format within a 2006 limited edition booklet and, as such, has neat staple indents at the left side (not shown, see second image). Of philatelic significance, the stamps are Perforated 14 x 14 1/2 versus the original, 13 1/2 x 13. The booklet also included a limited edition 50c coin, not issued into general circulation, so there is a circular hole, also not shown, to the left of the block to accommodate the coin (see second image).
